Fajita Packages

Our signature fajitas are crafted with your choice of protein, ensuring every guest enjoys a flavorful meal. 

Pricing is as follows (before taxes and fees): 

• Grilled Chicken Breast: $19 per person

• Skirt Steak: $19.50 per person

*Please note: pricing is based on the protein selection for the entire group, not by individual servings. If a combination of chicken and steak is selected for any portion of the group, the $19.50 per person rate applies to the entire order.

Each package includes all the essentials:

    •    Black beans

    •    Mexican rice

    •    Soft flour tortillas

    •    Fresh pico de gallo

    •    Guacamole

    •    Sour cream

Add-Ons

Elevate your catering experience with our freshly prepared dips, available in convenient quart sizes. Perfect for adding extra flavor to your event, each quart serves approximately 8-10 people, making these add-ons ideal for groups. Choose from:

    •    Quart of Salsa – $13.25

    •    Quart of Queso Dip – $27

    •    Quart of Guacamole – $34

Booking Your Catering Order

Thank you for considering Garcia’s for your catering needs! Please note the following before submitting your request:

• Catering orders are available for pickup only. Pickup times are available starting at 11:30 a.m., during regular business hours. 

• A 10-person minimum is required for all catering orders. 

• Our meat selections are prepared and served in disposable aluminum pans for easy transport and reheating. Certain sides are provided in appropriate containers, and not all items are served in aluminum pans.

• We do not provide serving utensils, silverware, plates, napkins or chafing racks with fuel. These items may be purchased separately at most party supply or restaurant supply stores.

• Prices listed on our catering menu do not include applicable taxes or packaging fees. Final pricing will be reflected on your invoice.

• Submitting this form is an inquiry only and does not confirm or place your order. A team member will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours to confirm availability.

• Full payment is required to confirm all catering orders. Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is received by the due date listed on your invoice. 

• Because food preparation and staffing are scheduled in advance, cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

• Same-day catering is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If approved, prompt payment is required to allow adequate preparation time.
